"hi :) i just wanted to say that your videos have really inspired me to take that step in my life, and to really start taking care of my mind, body and soul, i find them inspiring and cleansing. i quit smoking cigarettes and have for quite a few months now, and am now full of so much energy, and before watching your videos i didn't know how to use it, now i can't stand still and am always on the move whether it be running or doing some form of exercise, i feel the most amazing feeling throughout my whole body everyday, i can't wipe the smile from my face and everything seems to be so positive in my life right now, i have completely forgotten about negative feelings and thoughts and depression and feel like, ahh how do i say it.....basically a new person, someone i never knew existed withing me, i could talk all day about how i feel it is that amazing but i just wanted to say thank you for the kind words and great inspiration through your videos."
